Dad's 76th Birthday

  • Raisin Bran in 1% milk (breakfast 7.40am)
  • 3 pancakes w/natural maple syrup (2nd breakfast, 10.30am)
  • egg salad on WW toast, blueberry yogurt w/ raw oats (lunch, 12.30)
  • teddy grahams (snack, 3.30)
  • 1/8th of a lobster quesadilla, a taste of fresh mozz and tomato salad, a few steamed mussels, small garden salad, Chilean sea bass w/ wasabi mashed potatoes and basil olive oil, few bites of everyone's dessert, which included: cheesecake, chocolate decadence, and a raspberry almond tart (dinner w/ family for dad's BDay at The Oar House)
calorie total: well, before dinner it was 1,169. My guess is that dinner brought me to right around my goal.
