- 1 bowl oatmeal, 1 slice toast w/ SB & jam, glass of water (breakfast)
- 2 graham crackers, handful of mini pretzel sticks
- 1 berry GoGurt, 1.5 PB&J sandwich, cup of 1% milk (lunch)
- 1 bottle of water (during run)
- few Ritz crackers w/ cheddar cheese & 1/2 slice bacon
- 2 squares Anika's Healthy German Pancake w/ natural PB, maple syrup, and wheat germ, 2 scrambled eggs, water (dinner, girls' request)
