Day 61: Book Group

  • 1 chocolate bran muffin, 1 bowl Rice Krispies in 1% milk (breakfast)
  • 4 oz yogurt w/ wheat germ
  • 2 eggs scrambled w/ leftover taco meat, 2 slices whole wheat toast w/ SB, water (lunch)
  • chickpea salad w/ toasted pita & feta, tzastziki sauce, hummus, olives, 1 falafel, homemade baklava, strawberry cheesecake trifle (a trial portion of one of the things I made for the dessert auction tomorrow). (dinner & dessert -- for shame!)
